Information Collected
This Policy primarily concerns Personal Information, which deals with individuals, rather than organizations or businesses. “Personal Information” uniquely identifies an individual or can identify an individual by combining it with other data. It includes financial and account information, as well as email addresses, phone numbers and other information associated with the individual. The legal name and definition of personal information differs from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. TadHealth does not collect, store or receive any health or medical information and is not a “covered entity” as defined by Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and is therefore not subject to the obligations under HIPAA.
This Policy applies to our data collection practices only to the extent we decide how and why to process the Personal Information in question. When we store your Personal Information on behalf of one of our business customers, it is the customer that decides how and why to process that information. In this context, you should review the business customer’s privacy policies to understand how they handle your Personal Information and reach out to them if you have any questions or requests.
We collect Personal Information about you that may include financial and account information such as your name, e-mail address, general usage metrics of the Service, your financial payment information, your profile, email communication history with TadHealth, anything you may post on the TadHealth website and other information associated with you or your organization, as well as other information that may or may not specifically identify you. The information collected through the Service may be stored at servers, computers, or other media located in the United States.

We may obtain information about you from third-party sources, such as Google, Apple or the institution or entity through which the Service is offered (“Institution”), when applicable. This information may be utilized, analyzed, and/or compared with information that TadHealth has collected from you or that you have submitted to the Service.
Cookies and Other Tracking Tools
We and our third-party service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage objects, log files, and other mechanisms to automatically collect browsing, activity, device, and similar information within our Services. We use this information to, for example, analyze and understand how users access, use, and interact with our Services, to identify and resolve bugs and errors in our Services, to assess secure, protect, optimize and improve the performance of our Services, as well as for marketing and analytics purposes, and to personalize content in our Services.
Cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers we transfer to your device’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our Services, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process, support the security and performance of the Services, or allow us to track activity and usage data within the Services.
Pixel Tags. Pixel tags (sometimes called web beacons or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. While cookies are stored locally on your device, pixel tags are embedded invisibly within web pages and online content. We may use these, in connection with our Services to, among other things, track the activities of users, and help us manage content and compile usage statistics. We may also use these in our emails to let us know when they have been opened or forwarded, so we can track response rates and gauge the effectiveness of our communications.
Local Storage Objects. Local storage is a web storage mechanism that allows us to store data on a browser that persists even after the browser window is closed. Local storage may be used by our web servers to cache certain information in order to enable faster loading of pages and content when you return to our websites. You can clear data stored in local storage through your browser. Please consult your browser help menu for more information.
Software Development Kits (SDKs). We may use third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) in our Mobile App. A SDK is a collection of software tools and resources third party developers often use to build applications for specific platforms. SDKs allow us, our service providers, and third-party partners to collect information about your device and usage patterns. We use SDKs to, for example, add features or functionality to our Mobile App, provide us with analytics regarding your use of our Mobile App, to integrate with social media, or to facilitate advertising.
Third-Party Analytics and Tools. We use third party tools, such as Google Analytics, which are operated by third party companies. These third-party analytics companies may use cookies, pixels, and other similar tools to collect usage data about our Services in order to provide us with reports and metrics that help us evaluate usage of our Services and improve performance and user experiences. To learn more about Google’s privacy practices, please review the Google Privacy Policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. You can also download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent data from being used by Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Cross-Device Tracking. We and our third-party providers may use the information we collect about you within our Services and on other third-party sites and services to help us and these third parties to identify other devices that you use (e.g., a mobile phone, tablet, other computer, etc.).
Third-Party Advertising. We work with third parties, such as ad networks, analytics, marketing partners, and others (“third-party ad companies”) to personalize content and display advertising within our Services, as well as to manage our advertising on third-party sites. We and these third-party ad companies may use cookies, pixels tags, and other tools to collect browsing and activity information within our Services (as well as on third-party sites and services), as well as IP address, unique ID, cookie and advertising IDs, and other online identifiers. We and these third-party ad companies may use this information to provide you with more relevant ads and content within our Services and on third-party sites, and to evaluate the success of such ads and content.
Custom Lists and Matching. We may share or make available certain customer list information (such as your name, email address and other contact details) with third parties so that we can better target ads and content to you across third party sites, platforms and services, and in some cases, these third parties may help us to enhance our customer lists with additional demographic or other information, so we can better target our advertising and marketing campaigns.
Children’s Information.
Note to Parents
It is possible that the Services may be accessed and used by children, including those under 13 (“Children” or “Child”). Please discuss this Policy with your Children so that they will better understand how to use the Services and the information they may be asked to provide when using the Services. TadHealth believes that providing its visitors with accurate and adequate notice about the Services will inform choices and decisions about how to use the Services and will better protect its users' privacy. If you have any questions or comments about this Policy, please contact us using the contact information provided at the end of this section.
TadHealth is committed to compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), a federal law designed to protect Children online. We take Children's privacy seriously and encourage parents to take an active role in protecting their Children's privacy and online experience at all times. Except as otherwise outlined in this Policy, we do not collect personal information from users of the Services.
Collection and Use of Children's Personal Information
TadHealth may collect and store persistent identifiers (e.g., cookies, IP addresses, etc.) from Children without parental consent for the purpose of supporting the internal operations of the Service or as otherwise permitted under COPPA.
TadHealth may collect and store other personal information about Children if this information is submitted by a Child with prior parental consent or by the parent or guardian of the Child. If a Service is directed to children under COPPA, we may ask users to verify their dates of birth before collecting any personal information from them. Those users that indicate they are Children are either blocked from the activity or taken through a parental consent process.
TadHealth may collect and store the following types of personal information about a Child when submitted by a Child with prior parental consent or by the parent or guardian of the Child: first and/or last name, email address, parent's or guardian's name, and parent's or guardian's email address. TadHealth may also collect the Child's mailing address and/or telephone number when necessary to respond to an inquiry or fulfill a transaction, such as sending the winner of a contest or sweepstakes the awarded prize. TadHealth may also collect demographic information about a Child such as the Child's date of birth, gender, toy and game ownership and other preferences, and combine such information with the Child's personal information. Please refer to the sections entitled “Information Collected” and “Information Use and Sharing” for further details on the information we collect and the tools we use to collect it.
Additionally, we are prohibited by COPPA from conditioning a Child's use of the Services on the Child's disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary to use the Services. This means that if we don't need a specific piece of information (like the Child's phone number) to allow the Child to use the Services, we simply won't ask for it, even with parental consent. To read about the steps TadHealth takes to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of all users’ personal information, please see our section on “Information Retention and Security”.
