After a close personal experience with a loved one our founder has a vision to re-organize mental health resources that lead to crisis prevention, improved care outcomes, and long term well-being.

TadHealth Soft Launch
After successfully piloting a large program in a school district, TadHealth became a valuable SaaS solution for creating impact and distributing resources nationwide.
2024
First to Submit a CYBHI Claim
TadHealth made history as the first platform to submit a CYBHI claim. Our client, Nevada Joint Union High School District, was not only the first district to submit a claim, but they also became the first in California to receive reimbursement form the Multi-Payer Fee Schedule — proving TadHealth’s leadership and speed in navigating the program.

Awarded the largest procured RFP with San Diego County Office of Education, TadHealth was chosen over nearly 40 vendors after a competitive three-month evaluation. Today, we support over 1,000 providers serving nearly 300,000 students across numerous LEAs in California for the CYBHI program.

We’re seeking a Director of Health Plan Operations & Strategy with 5-10 years of experience, ideally in startups or high-energy environments, to architect and drive transformative health plan partnerships while leading internal strategic initiatives. This role is heavily internal, focusing on aligning our EHR platform with payer needs through cross-functional leadership, while spearheading high-profile external special projects to cement our market position. You’ll work hand-in-hand with C-suite leaders, positioning you as a key player on the team.

Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at TadHealth, you’ll be the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform. You’ll foster meaningful relationships with mental health professionals and school administrators, drive user engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing value. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly scaling team and chart the path forward. The CSM will have a book of business between 10 and 25 accounts that will include school districts, county offices, higher education institutions and TadHealth partners.The CSM must be located in Southern California and will be expected to travel onsite often.
